You can cancel any time before development starts at zero cost — just let us know and we close the account. After development begins, the initial 12-month term runs to completion (it covers the design and build investment). Once you are month-to-month after that first year, you can cancel with 30 days notice at any point.

You do. The domain is registered in your name and attached to your billing details. If you ever leave, we transfer it to your registrar account with no fuss. We never hold domains hostage.

No problem. We migrate your content and redirect your existing domain. The old site stays live until the new one is ready to go, so there is no downtime gap for your customers.

We target 48 business hours for text, image, and minor layout changes. Larger changes — adding a new page, for example — typically take three to five business days. The Business and Blog tiers give you a CMS for day-to-day edits you can do yourself without waiting.

A one-time project fee means the agency has no ongoing incentive to keep your site working well, keep the hosting healthy, or pick up the phone when something breaks. The subscription model aligns our incentives: we do well when you renew, so we have every reason to keep delivering.

We send a brief that asks for the basics: your services, contact details, and any brand assets you have. For photos we can work with what you supply or source appropriate licensed images on your behalf. Copywriting support is available as an add-on.
